Open a second SAP window in a different language
If you need to have a second SAP window open in a different language from the one configured by default, you must create a shortcut.
When you are in the SAP window, click on the Generate shortcut button.
![]() | ![]() |
The shortcut creation window is displayed on the screen, you can customize:
- The name of the shortcut
- The transaction to be executed automatically when the SAP GUI is started
- For location, leave the default Desktop
- Do not modify the connection parameters, except the language
Once done, click on the Finish button, then validate the message indicating that the shortcut has been created.
The shortcut is on the desktop and the associated image is slightly different from that of the SAP Logon Pad.
